How Our Process Works

Consultation

The consultation meeting is done over the phone or in person to see if we’re the right fit for you based on your survey application. A certified coach will go over your goals and results that you’re looking for. We answer any questions you have and explain our process and steps that we take.

Initial Assessment

We start with a structural & performance assessment with a LPS certified coach. This assessment allows us to understand your goals, identify weaknesses and create a baseline data to allow us to measure your progress against 500+ athletes.

Customize Plan

You will have your own personalized program addressing your personal needs. You will be training under supervision by a LPS certified coach. Your personalized program + LPS supervised coaching + our gym culture will turbo-charge your results.

Training Sessions

Our training is structured to give you superior results in a short time frame. Through years of research, we developed a system that delivers results to drive the magnificent seven: Flexibility, Mobility, Stability, Dexterity, Power, Speed, and Strength all in the same session.

When I first heard about LPS I was skeptical – I’ve never done any weight training, gaining all my exercise by playing multiple sports: Golf, tennis, hockey, basketball and cross country skiing. But I’m 55 now, and I could tell my body was starting to break down. I had pain in my knees, and would wake up aching. So much so that descending a stair case could be difficult at times. I wondered to myself if this is just how it is when you get older. It turns out I was dead wrong! I’ve been going to LPS since February, and I’ve never felt better. Clance and his team provide the right level of motivation without making you feel pressured, and if you put in the time you get the results: No more aches and pains, stairs are a breeze. I’m stronger, have much better flexibility and it’s paying off in every sport I play. Longer off the tee, more agile on the tennis courts, better endurance in hockey. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this group class training?

No. You will have your own personalized program addressing your personal needs. You will be always working with a LPS certified coach. We create an environment where you will be training with other athletes from the same and various sports. This system we have created has proven to motivate and stimulate competition to elicit higher performance which equates to better results in a shorter period of time.  In essence, your personalized program + LPS supervised coaching + our gym culture will turbo-charge your results.

Q: Will I become a Pro if I train here?

You’ll get better odds. While we have a track record of sending many athletes to the professional leagues or getting a full scholarship, there are more factors than just getting physical dominance. We can promise that you will possess the strength, power, and speed required and/or more than some of the top professional athletes if you follow our system. Being average will take weeks, being good will take months, being great will take years, but being extraordinary will take decade(s).

Q: How long are the training sessions?

Training sessions are between 1-2 hrs depending on which phase of the program you’re in. Our training plans are structured to give you superior results in a short time frame. Over the years, we developed a system that delivers results to drive the magnificent seven (7): Flexibility, Mobility, Stability, Dexterity, Power, Speed, and Strength all in the same session. And this typically takes anywhere from 1-2 hrs based on the athlete’s fitness level and stage in the system. If you are looking for a quick one-hour cardio workout just to fatigued yourself, then we are not for you.

Q: Off-Season Intensive vs Monthly Plans?

Off-Season training are intensive programs that maximize results in a short time. For example, professional athletes typically have 10-16 weeks before their season begins. Or a 14 year-old may only have 12 weeks (summer) before school starts. Vice versa, a 19 year old with a full-time job may only be able to train a few times a week.  Or a 10 year old who participate in multiple sports can only commit to training twice a week. From experience, athletes that combine an off-season intensive then transition to an monthly non-intensive athlete training plan become extraordinary.
