WHAT IS IT?

Our Athlete Nutrition Coaching aims to increase your athletic sports performance, and lifestyle. You will also be getting scheduled body composition scans and tests, sport nutrition meal plan, and weekly 1 on 1 coaching calls.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This program is for elite athletes ages 14+ who are serious about becoming the best athlete they can be.  Our blueprint helps individuals calculate their optimal power-to-weight ratio and metabolic efficiency to excel at the highest levels of the game.

WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?

The scheduled scans, skin-folder caliper tests will happen in-person in North York (Toronto). The weekly coaching calls will happen online.  The on-going support will happen through our in-app messaging. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

After performing your initial body analysis, our team will then design a personalized nutrition plan for you to follow.  Weekly check ins with your coach and tests will hold you accountable.
