WHAT IS IT?
The Olympic Weightlifting programs consist of a multi-phase approach, group, semi-private or private coaching with certified coaches, access to facility use during open hours, and belonging to a community of athletes.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The Olympic Weightlifting programs are for beginners to competitive weightlifters who are tired of mediocre results that want to unlock a higher athletic potential and hit new personal bests with a result-proven system that works.
WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?
The Olympic Weightlifting program is done in-person at our facility along with remote coaching for days you need to travel or train remotely. Our high attention supervised coaching allows you to push boundaries safely.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Depending on the program prescribed for you, it will have detailed instructions in an App, and a certified coach will be working with you in person to ensure you are executing the program properly both in technique and intensity.
WHEN DOES IT START?
The Olympic Weightlifting program starts the moment you enroll. We begin with the assessment within the first few days, and then your program will be ready in our App within one (1) week. You’ll have access to your program anywhere you go.
WHY DOES IT EXIST?
We created the Olympic Weightlifting program because most weightlifters don’t have access to the right equipment, high-level coaches, and programs that address possible high-risk deficiencies to maximize their potential.

Drawing from his experience as one of Team Canada’s weightlifting coaches, Team Ontario’s weightlifting coach and his accomplishments with his athletes in breaking multiple provincial and national records, Master Coach Clance designs this weightlifting program to be inclusive with the benefits of long term confidence and athletic abilities.
