This Athlete Strength and Conditioning Program is a personalized virtual training experience built on a multi-phase approach, detailed hands-on virtual instruction, direct access to a certified coach, and a community of dedicated athletes.

ONLINE TRAINING PROCESS
CONSULTATION CALL
The consultation meeting is done virtually. A certified coach will go over your history, goals, the process, and the results that you’re looking for to see if we’re the right fit for each other.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
We start with a Remapping™ Assessment with a certified coach. This assessment identifies muscular imbalance and movement patterns to helps us develop a personalized program to increase performance.
WORKOUT PROGRAM
You will have your own personalized program addressing your needs. Your program and progress can be accessed digitally anywhere, and your data is shared to our team to further refine your program.
LIVE COACHING
Optional: Train under the supervision of a certified coach online with live video calls. Your coaches will help with your technique, loading progression, intensity to produce faster results.

For seasoned athletes, our customized training program provides a structured off-ice workout plan tailored to your needs. Designed by certified performance coaches, this program ensures you develop the strength, speed, and endurance necessary for high-level performance. ONLINE COACHING
In addition to receiving a personalized training plan, you will have access to send training videos to our coaches for feedback. This level of service ensures your technique is on point and your workouts are adjusted based on your progress. Our coaches will provide video analysis, critiques, and recommendations to fine-tune your movements and maximize your gains.
LIVE ONLINE COACHING
For athletes who want real-time supervision, this option includes a live virtual coaching experience where you train under the watchful eye of our certified coaches. Through video calls, our coaches will monitor your movements, adjust your workout intensity, and provide immediate feedback, just as if you were training in person. Just an update!
2 years later I have seen an unbelievable change in him not only in strength but overall athletic ability. He has joined their weightlifting team but still plays hockey. Not only will it make your kid stronger, it will give him or her great confidence which is one of those important and almost intangible qualities that can be challenging for us as parents to teach to our kids

1. I wasted years training by myself and progression was very slow. The result I got training here in just few month > years of training by myself.
2. Gym Culture. This is the place where everyone in the gym are super competitive and serious about improving their strength and conditioning.

I have found his coaches to deliver the highest level of expertise including weighting, techniques, frequency, range of motion and injury prevention.
LPS fosters a very serious and professional experience with youth. Master coaching is the norm at LPS, even at the youth level. Additionally, pro players often mentor and encourage him during sessions.
Furthermore, the learning is continuous from one session to the next. Even at a young age there are specific techniques deployed to ensure confidence building, progressive learning, strength and ultimatly speed.
LPS, and their TOP coaches, are an essential part of Logans professional career aspirations as a footballer.
Secondly, the gym culture. There's a standard of excellence that sets the tone. It's very clear the intention: you want to be the best you gotta train like the best. The staff is amazing. As high as the standard is, everyone is so kind and helpful and all anyone wants for you is to succeed and it's very clear in the way they coach and treat you.
The biggest difference from other gyms is LPS’s scientific knowledge for developing athletes.
So many other gyms do not know how to properly build their athletes without injuring them. I’ve found other gyms focus more on gimmicks, and they lack the principles behind true athletic development such as making athletes do single-legged exercises on a balance ball with a kettle ball which is huge for injury. The majority of gyms lack the foundation and understanding behind true athletic development.
LPS is the gym I constantly compare others to. And none have lived up to my standard of LPS. I know if want to be a top athlete, LPS is the only choice.

I’ve been going to LPS since February, and I’ve never felt better. Clance and his team provide the right level of motivation without making you feel pressured, and if you put in the time you get the results: No more aches and pains, stairs are a breeze. I’m stronger, have much better flexibility and it’s paying off in every sport I play. Longer off the tee, more agile on the tennis courts, better endurance in hockey.
