WHAT IS IT?
This Athlete Strength and Conditioning Program is a personalized, in-person (or online) training experience built on a multi-phase approach, hands-on instruction, direct access to a certified coach, and a community of dedicated athletes.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This program is for athletes who are tired of mediocre results, who compete in explosive power sports, and who want to break through their limits, stay injury-free, and train with a proven system that has delivered real results for hundreds of athletes.
WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?
Training takes place in person at our North York facility, where you’ll have access to expert coaching, top-tier equipment, and an environment built for high-performance athletes. Online/remote options are available, but we recommend in-person.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We start with an in-person Remapping assessment to analyze movement patterns and identify key areas for improvement. From there, we design a custom program with hands-on coaching, real-time adjustments, and frequent check-ins to ensure you’re building strength, speed, and resilience the right way.
WHEN DOES IT START?
Your journey begins the moment you enrol. You’ll complete your in-person Remapping assessment, and within the first few days your personalized program will be implemented with expert coaching and ongoing support.

HOW THE TRAINING PROGRAM WORKS

CONSULTATION CALL
The consultation meeting is done on a call or in-person. A certified coach will go over your history, goals, the process, and the results that you’re looking for to see if we’re the right fit for each other.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT
We start with a Remapping™ Assessment with a certified coach. This assessment identifies muscular imbalance and movement deficiency to helps us develop a program to increase performance.

WORKOUT PROGRAM
You will have your own personalized workout program addressing your needs. Your program and progress can be accessed digitally anywhere, and your data is shared with your coaches to further refine your program.

SUPERVISED COACHING
Train under the supervision of a certified coach. Your coaches will help with your technique, loading progression, intensity to produce flexibility, mobility, stability, dexterity, power, speed, and strength.
