About Dr. Mahmoud Zaerian

Dr. Zaerian practices as a Chiropractor, provider of Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He works with some of the top amateur athletes, and national Olympians. He was also the lead medical director for the Men’s National Gymnastics team for Canada, and one of the therapists for the Women’s National Gymnastics team.

He is a leading-edge Neuro-functional Sports Performance practitioner providing a neuro-functional approach to assessing and treating movement disorders and pain problems.

In his free time, Dr. Z is also the course director at Advanced Therapeutic Programs (previously senior instructor at McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture), where he is the lead instructor in the delivery of advanced needling, assessment, and rehab courses geared toward enhancing the skills of his peers.
