The rest is up to you.

We will deliver you strength, speed, and power, but it will take your commitment, discipline, and hard work.

How badly you want to achieve your goals will be up to you.

What you do with those qualities once you achieve them is up to you too.

I, Clance Laylor, have figured out the most effective way to achieve these objectives with four days a week of training.

In my opinion, four sessions a week is very little.

But the pressure and intensity of our system can break many, only the few who want it and accept and welcome the hard work will thrive.
