Clance Laylor Going Hard

I go hard because that’s what it takes to be successful, and that’s what it takes to get extraordinary results.

You are not going to get extraordinary results if you don’t give something your all.

It’s as simple as that.

I don’t understand why some people don’t see that. If you want mediocre results, then don’t go all out, don’t give it everything you have.

Look – I’m going to get to 200 lbs of muscle to be big, lean, and strong.

The key for me is Big, Lean and Strong!

Not skinny-swimsuit-model type who can’t squat 100lbs.

No, I want to pull 600lbs, squat 500lbs, bench 400 lbs, and push press 300 lbs at the age of 50 years YOUNG!

To me, that is above average, not great, but certainly not weak or average, because – fuck average!

This is what makes me happy, I don’t want to be all “show and no go”.
