Hi, my name is Carmen. My son Jason Zhang plays baseball in the Mississauga North Baseball Association Tigers High-Performance Program. He injured his hamstring twice from 2019 to 2020. That’s a problem that bothered him.

We experienced worry, frustration, and even depression. It was a painful experience when my son suffered from the injury; he had at least one month to recover, which was really painful for us. I had a meeting with Jason’s two coaches.

Sean Travers and Greg Bryant, talked about his university opportunity for the baseball program. They mentioned that if Jason can improve his running speed like running 60 yards and improving to 63, then he can go wherever he wants. So that’s a great opportunity.

My son’s coach, Sean Travers, introduced us to this wonderful place that was in October 2020. At this time our coach Sean Travers, introduced LPS to us and he said that it’s a great place for athletes.

So we came to LPS and talked to Clance who is the best running coach in GTA. We talked about our situation and discussed the opportunity, setting up the course and he customized a program for Jason.

I think LPS has a wonderful program for strength training and running training because my son also needs to improve his running. So we heard in LPS there is the best running coach in GTA.

The results are a very big improvement for my son. I think we have seen that he became stronger and faster. I talked to him a couple of days ago. He said he’s more durable, and he has more mobility. I can see more confidence and of course more opportunities he got from the LPS.

We are members of lifetime, so we have been there for many many years. LPS is our only choice and we found that it has a better program than Lifetime in terms of the athlete program.

For Jason because he’s a baseball player, as a baseball player, he needs to have the power and the speed at the same time but, it’s kind of hard to improve the power and the speed at the same time. He has to gain weight to get the power, more power and he has to lose a little bit of weight to improve his speed.

So yeah, he does need the professional in his scientific training from a specific gym or organization. So I think LPS can help him.

My experience is awesome and interesting. I think it helped Jason a lot. He had a huge improvement. I think his previous speed was 69 and after a couple of months of training, he improved to 65, which is a great performance.

I would recommend that other parents choose it, especially those parents who have athletic sons or daughters. It is very important to understand your child first, know what they are looking for and what their desires are.

If they have the dream of becoming an excellent athlete. I believe LPS can help you because they have a wonderful program for athletic students.
