Noah Lugli – Hockey Dryland Training Success Story

“Hi. My name’s Noah Lugli.

This is my first year at LPS. I just finished my two years at St. Aaron’s college where I played prep hockey and this year I’m going to Des Moines and USHL.

You know, this summer is a great summer. I hit some new limits I didn’t think I could hit.

I’m feeling much better going into camp. I feel much better on the ice.

At LPS, they teach you how to work out properly and stuff, so now I’ll be able to go on my own and know what I’m doing, as before I was just kind of going through the motions.

I didn’t know why I was doing things. So, I think this is a great summer.

I’m looking forward to more summers to come.”
