Really enjoyed my Fascial Stretch therapy with Kayla. Amazing woman, great conversation and the stretch was amazing. Had a knee injury and with her stretches I’ve been gaining better mobility in my movements as well as getting stronger in positions that I didn’t know I could even get into. Haha. I highly recommend going to Kayla if your body is super tense and tight like mine is as I am constantly sitting down in front of a computer! She is very knowledgeable in the fitness industry and is so great at answering any questions you have.
