For Kayla, physical activity has always been an important part of her life. She grew up engaging in a variety of sports including volleyball and dragon boat. Besides Krav Maga, she was also trained in Tai Chi Chuan. Her career as a Personal Trainer and Holistic Sports Nutritionist started in 2012. In response to her own injuries, she embarked on a journey to discover new ways to rehabilitate.
In 2016, Kayla became a Fascial Stretch Therapist and completed FST Level 1. She pursued and completed FST Level 3 at Stretch to Win Institute to further enhance her knowledge of fascial stretch, mobility & performance, and to better assist her clients in deep stretches to maintain optimal body function. Over the years, she has worked with diverse clients from a variety of fitness backgrounds and lifestyles, including athletes, the elderly, and office workers. Using assessments and 60 to 90-minute FST sessions, she provides rehabilitation and mobility enhancement services to clients who have suffered serious injuries and/or mobility problems.
In the past few years, Kayla has helped countless clients achieve their health goals, including moving better and feeling pain-free. Kayla aims to empower and educate individuals on the importance of exercising and stretch therapy as it will enable them to:
- Increase range of motion & optimal flexibility
- Decrease compression and impingement in the joints
- Tunes the nervous system

- Providing specific mobility routines catered to your goals
- Balance movements, strength, and flexibility improvements
Kayla believes mobility is more of an indication of longevity and that your joints are supposed to move in all angles. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you move better for the upcoming event.
