This allows him to continue to play football, and thus earn a living. Do you have to spend hundreds of thousands per year on your body? No. Just remember that the more you invest in taking care of your body, the more potential for longevity you have and the more capacity you have to keep earning.
Exercise is the fountain of youth
Proper exercise will keep your heart healthy, your joints healthy and of course your muscles healthy. Proper training will have you feeling and looking younger for longer. A healthier, more youthful you means more lively time with your spouse, your kids, and an overall better quality of life into your older years.
