All I want them to do is compete, don’t be afraid to compete in practice, this is how you get better.

You don’t get better being comfortable, you get better on the edges, on the fringes you have to stretch, reach to grow and to get better.

There are times when you just focus on mechanics and skill but in my understanding, it’s no good if it’s slow.

In sports, speed kills and those who learn to express those skills under pressure usually come out on top. Same applies in the weight room, those who learn to express strength, power and speed in the weight room come out on top in their respective sport.

All I want, is competition. Find ways to induce competition. The more competitive the environment the better the results period.
