One afternoon my wife said to me,
“You can’t get abs like my brother Jason.”
Nothing fuels me more than someone telling me that I can’t.
“It’s hard work” she says.
“You have to be very disciplined” she says,
“Good luck with that” she says,
While I don’t care for the abs aesthetically, it’s the mental and physical discipline that drives me to take on this challenge.
To begin this process I will do thirty days of having carbs only one (1) meal per week.
I will also eat within an eight hour window, my preferred window is noon – 8pm, ultimate goal is to have a six pack by June 24th 2018.
So from November 20th until December 18th I will only have one carb meal per week, I will eat as much as I want and anything I want only for one meal.
As Charles Poliquin used to say, “when your ass get up from the table your cheat meal is over.”
