Whether you are a beginner or a fitness pro, we focus on things that work: full body training, compound multi-joint exercises, cardiovascular conditioning, technique proficiency and progressive overload. How it Works

Initial Consult

The consultation meeting is done over phone or in person to see if we’re the right fit for you. A certified coach will go over your goals and results that you’re looking for. We answer any questions you have about group classes, our facility and the training methodology. Drop-ins welcome.

Group Class

Our classes are 1 hour long. We start with a 10 minute warm up, follow up with exercises that target main muscle groups and finish off with a 10 minute flexibility/mobility routine. Exercises are modified based on person’s physical capabilities and limitations. Our environment is friendly and you are encouraged to socialize with others.

Community

You are encouraged to ask the coach any training, lifestyle or fitness-related questions. It’s important to be educated about nutrition and sleep. We are here to support and help you succeed on your fitness journey. Beginner or advanced, we’re here to support you. Feel free to bring family and friends.
