MO REZA
Strength Coach & Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST)
Mo-Reza Asarizadeh, Strength Coach & Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST)
I go by the name of Mo-Reza Asarizadeh or “Mo” for short. I love football (soccer). I play football (soccer). I coach strength and conditioning with athletes and teams. I am a person that has fallen in love with fitness training and have pursued and completed education (MPK UofT) in regards to teaching athletes how to train for sport-specific scenarios. During my degree at the University of Toronto, I had the privilege to work directly with and under Toronto FC’s first, second, and academy teams (2019) under mentor Tom Williams, who had previous experience working with a championship team (Leicester City Football Club with Claudio Ranieri), amongst other European Clubs. I have been mentored by a Master Strength Coach Clance Laylor, and I coach out of LPS Athletics in North York. I work professionally and with professionals. I gain personal enjoyment in helping athletes evolve and level up with their skills, mindset, physical presence, confidence; all while having fun.
As we say, hard work becomes easy work. Skill is the most important quality for a footballer, followed by S&C. Athlete health and performance is my top priority always. I assist in the process of rehabilitation, recovery, and optimization for athletes by being a Fascial Stretch Therapist [FST].
I hope to share my energy with you in regards to football development. Please inquire within to discuss my background or interests further.
