These Techniques give you the same advantage as an Eagle; helping your body to recover faster from all the physical training, achieve a higher level of focus, and reduce negative emotions by calming the mind and relaxing the body.

This is why we have collaborated with The Eagle Institute to develop unique and progressive technique speeds conversion of lactic acid into glucose and increases oxygen flow after strenuous exercise, which means that your body is ready for the next challenging workout or competition faster while providing you techniques to help you understand what your body is going through.

This program is done three (3) a week for 20 minutes per session.

One of our athletes, Maya Laylor, has seen tremendous improvement since beginning the techniques, setting provincial records, and training at all-time highs on a regular basis. Not only does Maya notice the difference, but so does Coach Clance. He reports that Maya’s training has had a noticeable improvement since started practicing the techniques regularly. He noticed Maya was having her best training sessions within about 2 weeks of regularly doing the sessions.

RECOVERY WON’T REPLACE GOOD TRAINING

But it will allow you to feel better faster and be better prepared for your next workout, competition or other life activities (such as school or work). Some people worry about the time (20 minutes, 3 times per week), but they don’t realize that they waste more than that when slowed down by longer recovery times, which can last for days. Our elite athletes report feeling better within a few hours of doing the techniques, or less. Is that worth 20 minutes to you?

ELEVATE

Many athletes report stress and anxiety from demanding workloads in sport, school  and work. Eagle techniques work in minutes to improve mood. One young athletes reported that he didn’t remember the last time that he felt that good, after only 1 session. Elite athletes report that the mental exhaustion from strenuous training is almost gone after practicing the techniques. Happier athletes perform better, learn faster and stay enthusiastic about sports for longer.

ATTACK

Introduction to focusing the mind, something that every winning player has. Many world class athletes practice techniques to improve focus away from practice and competition, so if improving your focus will get you better results, this is for you. People that have taken these techniques report better work done in less time both at school and at work. The list is growing of professional teams that use meditation-style focusing techniques to improve sports performance.

RECOVERY

Introduction to practising techniques that improve the rate at which lactic acid converts to glucose, which means less soreness after strenuous workouts, and more oxygen in your muscles faster. Athletes that have practiced the techniques saw a significant improvement in recovery times after 2-3 weeks of practicing the techniques on a regular basis. The techniques are progressive in their skills level, just like your sport.
