How Our Process Works

Consultation

The consultation meeting is done over the phone or in person to see if we’re the right fit for you based on your survey application. A certified coach will go over your goals and results that you’re looking for. We answer any questions you have and explain our process and steps that we take.

Initial Assessment

We start with a structural & performance assessment with a LPS certified coach. This assessment allows us to understand your goals, identify weaknesses and create a baseline data to allow us to measure your progress against 500+ athletes.

Customize Plan

You will have your own personalized program addressing your personal needs. You will be training under supervision by a LPS certified coach. Your personalized program + LPS supervised coaching + our gym culture will turbo-charge your results.

Training Sessions

Our training is structured to give you superior results in a short time frame. Through years of research, we developed a system that delivers results to drive the magnificent seven: Flexibility, Mobility, Stability, Dexterity, Power, Speed, and Strength all in the same session.

Supervised Coaching

Semi-Private Coaching – With your personalized training program & plan, you will be training under the supervision of a LPS certified coach at our world-renown gym in North York. We create an environment and culture for members to develop strong, independent, motivated, and confident characteristic traits. Transforming you into the person you have the potential to be.

Injury Prevention

Flexibility, Mobility, and Stability – Our program offers a unique and complementary approach to ensure that your body is functioning properly and able to attain normal positions as well as physical positions required by daily life. We take great care in developing the tissues of the body to handle the stresses (falling, etc.) you may encounter.

Performance Comparisons

Maximizing Potential – Our app to track and measure your progress every session, year after year. It stores your program, video instructions, intuitive interface, and historical data. We analyzes your data and compares it to other leaders, so we will know where you stand, and how we will maximize your unfair advantage.

Step 1: Schedule an Initial Assessment

STRUCTURAL & PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

All new LPS members are required to start with an structural & performance assessment. This assessment allows us to understand your goals, identify weaknesses and create a baseline data. Our certified LPS coaches alongside with our Director of Programming will then take the results of the assessment to design a personalized training program for you to achieve results we set together.

Step 3: Choose Add-Ons (Optional)

  • Online Programming (+$50/mo) – Perfect for those who are on the bronze/silver plan that wants additionally programming they can do on their own either at home, or at their local gym.

  • Open Gym Access (+$80/mo) – For anyone on our base plans that want to execute their programs at our facility without supervision.

  • Nutrition Accountability & Guidance ($200 initial assessment + $120/mo for follow ups) – A complete nutrition and health check, BioSignature assessment, nutritional & supplement guidance, accountability group, meal recipes customized to your physical and psychological needs. (Note: This does not include the meals or supplements.)

  • Massage Therapy (+$180/mo) – Save money by creating a pro-active approach to recovery and receive two (2) x 60 mins full body sports massage per month by our Registered Massage Therapist. This can be covered by your Health Benefits providers.

LPS is a place where anyone thinking of reaching the next level should be. I trained many different ways to get stronger and be more focused on reaching higher goals with performance and I have not found anything better than here. When I first heard about LPS I was skeptical – I’ve never done any weight training, gaining all my exercise by playing multiple sports: Golf, tennis, hockey, basketball and cross country skiing. But I’m 55 now, and I could tell my body was starting to break down. I had pain in my knees, and would wake up aching. So much so that descending a stair case could be difficult at times. I wondered to myself if this is just how it is when you get older. It turns out I was dead wrong! I’ve been going to LPS since February, and I’ve never felt better. Clance and his team provide the right level of motivation without making you feel pressured, and if you put in the time you get the results: No more aches and pains, stairs are a breeze. I’m stronger, have much better flexibility and it’s paying off in every sport I play. Longer off the tee, more agile on the tennis courts, better endurance in hockey. I would highly recommend LPS to anyone who is wants to keep the edge on your fellow competitors.read more

I’ve been training there for just over a year now and am in the best shape of my life.
