LPS REMAPS ATHLETES TO DOMINATE.
Since 2005, LPS Athletic has been helping young golfers (9+) to senior golfers (70+) get stronger, gain more mobility, flexibility, club head speed, and bulletproof their bodies to remove pain and play more rounds. We do this with our proprietary system called Remapping™ which is an advanced functional neuromuscular training that reprograms your body to give you healthier ligaments, tissues, and muscles so you can perform optimally no matter how old you are.
Our dream is to build the world’s best athletes, but there is an epidemic of injuries in sports caused by poor training. It is our destiny to change how sports training is done.
We coach and design programs online and in person at our North York (Dufferin & Finch Ave) location.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do you only work with athletes?
While 95% of our members are athletes aiming to get a scholarship, sign a professional contract, or make a career in sports, we reserve about 5% of our membership for executives who participate in competitive sports like golf, hockey, etc.
Q: Do you only have one location?
We purposefully refused franchising because we do not prioritize profits over results. Much like a true 3-star Michelin chef will not franchise their restaurant. We’re located in North York (Dufferin & Finch).
Q: How many times a week should I be training?
We recommend training four (4) days a week in the off-season. During the in-season, we recommend once or twice a week to maintain.
